About Department

    The Department of Management Studies at K.S.Rangasamy College of Arts and Science was established in the year 1996, marking a significant milestone with the launch of both the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. Further expanding its academic horizon, the department introduced M.Phil and Ph.D research programs in 2008 and the research scholars have received doctorate fellowship of Rs.18 Lakhs affirming its commitment to excellence in higher education and research.With a vision to bridge the gap between academia and industry, the department aims to equip students with in-depth industrial knowledge and managerial competencies essential for real-world business environments. Our programs are designed not only to create competent professionals but also to nurture ethical leaders and entrepreneurs who contribute to building a better world.
    The department boasts a well-structured and industry-relevant curriculum, complemented by IT-enabled smart classrooms, an exclusive management library, and a team of highly qualified and dynamic faculty team dedicated to mentoring students.

  • PEO 1: To reveal the competencies and knowledge in key business functional areas including Accounting, Human resource and Marketing Management.
