Association Activities

The association "Busicomm" of the School of Commerce actively fosters academic and professional development. Busicomm organizes various events, including seminars, conferences, workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), symposiums, student development programs, and skill enhancement sessions, to promote academic and professional excellence among faculty and students.

Department of Commerce

The Department of Commerce, established in 1995, offers B.Com., M.Com., and Ph.D. programs on both Full-Time and Part-Time bases, guided by experienced faculty. Committed to academic and professional excellence, the department regularly organizes guest lectures and seminars to enhance students' knowledge and business skills. It equips students for diverse careers in finance, accountancy, tax, banking, and research, fostering both practical expertise and academic growth. Additionally, the Center for Professional Courses provides coaching for CA, CMA, and CS programs, enhancing students' employability and helping them excel in competitive professional landscapes. The department remains a hub for nurturing future commerce leaders.

PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEO)

After completion of the programme the students will be able to

After completion of the programme, the graduates will be able to

Eligibility

Higher Secondary pass with Commerce & Accountancy Or Higher Secondary with Commerce / Accountancy / Mathematics / Business Mathematics /Statistics / Computer Science / Corporate Secretaryship / Information Technology / Computer Applications/ Computer Technology as one of the subjects. (Those who have not studied Commerce or/and Accountancy should undergo a bridge course for a minimum duration of 15 days in that subjects).
