1. Pay all the costs, charges and expenses of the promotion, formation and registration and establishment of the association.
2. To purchase or otherwise acquire and undertake all or any property take on lease or in exchange or otherwise erect, acquire, construct, install, maintain, repair, renovate, adopt, demolish or reconstruct or add to, extend lands, buildings, offices, structures and other equipment’s and such other infrastructures as are necessary for the purpose of carrying out the objects of the association.
3. To engage, employ, remunerate, discharge, suspend and dismiss workers, staff, managers, clerks and such other employees as may be necessary for the efficient conduct of the affairs of the association.
